All content on JkssbPrep.in, including but not limited to test questions, study materials, design, graphics, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Pricing

Prices for our services are displayed on the website and are subject to change. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

Subscriptions

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any test questions, study materials, or information provided. You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JkssbPrep.in and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3-Day Refund Window

Refund requests are only considered within 3 days from the date of purchase under conditions such as technical issues preventing access, duplicate purchases, or content significantly different from advertised.

Refund Terms

• No usage: 100% refund if you haven't accessed any content
• Minimal usage (1–2 tests): 75% refund
• Moderate usage (3–5 tests): 50% refund
• Extensive usage (6+ tests): No refund eligible

After 3 days, all sales are final and non-refundable. Payment processing fees (2–3%) are non-refundable. Promotional/discounted purchases, gift cards, and downloaded materials are non-refundable under any circumstances.

To request a refund, email jkssbprep.in@gmail.com with your order number and detailed explanation within the 3-day window. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days if approved.
